Changes concerning the courses listed on Learning Agreement
Sometimes it is necessary to make changes in the Learning Agreement. The following reasons may only be the cause of the changes:
The deletion or suspension of selected courses on Opole University of Technology – refer to the course plan, whether the course is running or not.
- Lack of required amount of ECTS,
- Other reasons – approval of the Coordinator from the home University is required.
After setting the range of changes (added or/and deleted courses) ERASMUS student should fill out the ‘Changes to the original learning agreement’. This form can be downloaded from International Relations Office web pages http://www.dwm.po.edu.pl/index.php/en/ bookmark Erasmus+ > Incoming students > Admission. Then please check below link Learning AgreementLearning Agreement and fill During the Mobility section. Forms must be submitted to the ERASMUS Faculty Coordinator.
The deadline for changes: October 15 (winter semester), and March 9 (summer semester).
